Privacy
This page explains how the first version of this website handles information. PUC-IFL should approve the final policy before publication.
Draft for institutional review before launch.
What we collect
The contact form stores your name, message, chosen campus, selected program, and the phone number or email you provide. A short-lived hashed network identifier is stored to limit automated submissions. The sample test stores only an anonymous score, suggested level, language, and time.
Why we use it
Contact details are used only to respond to your inquiry. Anonymous test results help assess how the sample self-check is used. We do not sell this information or use advertising trackers in this first version.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are accessible to authorized site operators. Records remain until an operator deletes them. Ask PUC through the official contact page if you want your inquiry reviewed or removed.
Your choices
You may use the site without submitting a form. The sample self-check does not ask for your name or contact details. Avoid putting sensitive information in free-text messages.
When email notifications are configured, a copy of each inquiry is sent to the designated PUC-IFL mailbox so staff can respond.
